Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

Our Commitment

Opera Security Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this goal.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard, and we are actively working to resolve those areas.

This statement is reviewed annually and after significant changes to the website.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of this website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML5 semantic landmarks
  • WAI-ARIA roles and attributes
  • CSS (including prefers-reduced-motion support)
  • JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of this website, there may be some limitations. The following known limitations exist and are being actively addressed:

  • Hero visualization canvas: The animated canvas graphic in the hero section is a decorative element. A text-based alternative description is provided for assistive technologies.
  • Third-party embeds: Some third-party content may not fully meet accessibility standards. We work to minimise these integrations.

Regulatory Compliance

This statement is provided in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which applies from 28 June 2025, and reflects our commitment to compliance with applicable US accessibility law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

We do not use automated accessibility overlay tools. Our accessibility is implemented natively in the codebase to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards as recommended by regulatory guidance.
